Job Duties

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools including dishwasher machines and waste compactors
wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment
receive deliveries, store perishable goods correctly, and rotate stock
ensure clean dishware is stored in appropriate areas
use detergent, disinfectant, and rinse chemicals at three-compartment sinks to wash dishware
inspect, sort, and stack clean articles and return soiled items for re-washing
empty trash bins and maintain waste deposit areas
clean and mop assigned departmental areas
dispose of glass in designated containers and recycle cardboard and other materials
comply with safety policies, report accidents and hazards, complete safety training and certifications
move, lift, push, drag, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
perform physical movements including reaching overhead, bending, twisting, and stooping
perform other reasonable tasks requested by supervisors
