Job Requirements
- Capable of lifting and carrying weights ranging from 20 to 75 pounds
- Ability to push and pull carts and other equipment up to 100 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift

- Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchenware including china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans
- Ensure adequate stock of necessary supplies for restaurant and banquet kitchens
- Operate industrial dishwashing machinery and other cleaning equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and food preparation areas
- Clean and sanitize restaurant tables, chairs, and surrounding areas
- Perform regular trash removal from all work areas
- Use industrial-strength cleaning chemicals as necessary
- Assist with other duties as assigned
