Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in kitchen stewarding or dishwashing preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical ability to lift and move heavy items
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and event days
- strong attention to detail
- ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- excellent attendance record

Job Duties
- assist in inventory management, which includes restocking supplies when necessary
- dispose of waste in accordance with waste management procedure
- clean all pots and pans along with cleaning and maintaining kitchens and stewarding
- follow and maintain knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- clean kitchen equipment and practice all HACCP procedures
- scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- wash pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures
- ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation
- polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures
- ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures
- maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
- keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
- sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces
- remove trash and place it in designated containers
- steam clean or hose out garbage cans
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- help load and unload supplies and product
- perform other duties as assigned
