Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- operate and maintain cleaning equipment
- wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas
- receive deliveries and store perishables properly
- rotate stock
- ensure clean wares are stored appropriately
- use detergent and sanitizing chemicals in sinks
- inspect and rewash items as needed
- rack and spray items with hot water
- sort and wash silverware
- breakdown dirty bus tubs
- empty and maintain trashcans and dumpster area
- mop assigned areas
- dispose of glass properly
- break down cardboard and recycle
- follow safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions
- complete safety training
- protect company assets
- communicate professionally
- develop positive working relationships
- support team goals
- move and lift objects up to 50 pounds
- stand sit or walk for extended periods
- perform bending twisting pulling and stooping
