Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality cleaning roles
  • ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
  • willingness to follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the cleaning and organization of all food and beverage kitchen and breakdown areas and machinery
  • cleans, polishes, and handles all cutlery, utensils, and glassware items
  • responsible for the disposal of all food and beverage refuse
  • handles all cleaning chemicals pertaining to their respective areas
  • supports the Executive Steward and kitchen team to maintain hygiene standards
  • ensures compliance with safety and sanitation policies
  • assists in inventory control and equipment maintenance as needed
