Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality cleaning roles
- ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Responsible for the cleaning and organization of all food and beverage kitchen and breakdown areas and machinery
- cleans, polishes, and handles all cutlery, utensils, and glassware items
- responsible for the disposal of all food and beverage refuse
- handles all cleaning chemicals pertaining to their respective areas
- supports the Executive Steward and kitchen team to maintain hygiene standards
- ensures compliance with safety and sanitation policies
- assists in inventory control and equipment maintenance as needed
