Job Duties

  • Responsible for the cleaning and organization of all food and beverage kitchen and breakdown areas and machinery
  • Cleans, polishes, and handles all cutlery, utensils, and glassware items
  • Responsible for the disposal of all food and beverage refuse
  • Handles all cleaning chemicals pertaining to their respective areas
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas
  • Assists with inventory management and stock control as needed
  • Supports team members in general housekeeping and operational tasks
