Job Duties
- Responsible for the cleaning and organization of all food and beverage kitchen and breakdown areas and machinery
- Cleans, polishes, and handles all cutlery, utensils, and glassware items
- Responsible for the disposal of all food and beverage refuse
- Handles all cleaning chemicals pertaining to their respective areas
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas
- Assists with inventory management and stock control as needed
- Supports team members in general housekeeping and operational tasks
