Job Requirements

high school diploma or ged preferred
3-6 months relevant experience preferred
physical ability to carry and balance trays of beverages
lift up to 25-30 lbs
stand for long periods
navigate crowded spaces
flexibility in bending and reaching
adaptability to bright lights and noise conditions in casino environment
able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and or certifications as required by local gaming regulations

Job Qualifications

bi-lingual is a plus
capable of following instructions
strong work ethic
detail oriented
good time management skills
positive attitude

Job Duties

scrape and clean dishes silverware and glassware by hand or automatic dishwasher
wash pots pans and trays
sweep and mop kitchen floors
remove all trash from kitchen areas
ensure the dish room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
support overall kitchen cleanliness and efficiency
perform additional reasonable duties as assigned
