Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- one year of food service work experience preferred
- ability to complete any required classes or certifications
- ability to obtain a valid Racing License
- black non-slip shoes required
- willingness to work flexible hours
- ability to handle high-pressure environments
- basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and maintenance
- understanding of OSHA regulations
- strong oral and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Responsible for cleaning kitchen work areas and food service equipment
- sweeping and mopping floors
- washing work tables and walls
- maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness
- removing trash and cleaning trash cans
- washing dishes by hand or in the dishwasher
- cleaning fryers and vents
- reporting any maintenance needs for kitchen areas
- ensuring food service equipment is in proper working order
- stocking and cleanliness of team member breakroom
- assisting with stocking of non-alcoholic beverage stations
- ensuring the safety and security of team members
- performing other duties as assigned
