Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- customer service or food and beverage experience is preferred
- able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming and racing license
- must have the ability to multi-task
- communication skills for safety
- available to work when needed including weekends, holidays, and nights

Job Duties
- Carefully rinses all dishware, tableware, and service ware for restaurants before sending them through the dish machine
- knows and practices health and safety standards as set forth by governmental agencies
- washes hands at each possible point of contamination
- cleans, deck brushes, and mops all kitchen floors
- follows 3-compartment sink procedures
- performs weekly de-liming of each dish machine
- uses all chemicals according to use and knows where sheets are located
- reports any malfunctions of the dishwashing machine including temperatures too low or too high or any other type of equipment used
- sets up, breaks down, and maintains all dishwashers
- empties all trashes and cardboard boxes to the dumpsters
- cleans and maintains all cook lines
