Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- customer service or food and beverage experience preferred
- ability to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- willingness to follow health and safety standards
- ability to multitask
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Carefully rinses all dishware, tableware, and service ware for restaurants before sending them through the dish machine
- knows and practices health and safety standards as set forth by governmental agencies
- washes hands at each possible point of contamination
- cleans, deck brushes, and mops all kitchen floors
- follows 3-compartment sink procedures
- conducts weekly de-liming of each dish machine
- uses all chemicals according to use and knows where safety sheets are located
- reports any malfunctions of the dishwashing machine, including temperatures too low or too high or any other type of equipment used
- sets up, breaks down, and maintains all dishwashers
- empties all trashes and cardboard boxes to the dumpsters
- cleans and maintains all cook lines
