Job Requirements

Understanding all kitchen equipment and appliances for maintenance and cleaning purposes
basic knowledge of chemical usage and ability to meet OSHA regulations and health department standards
oral and written communication skills
availability for nights and weekends
willingness to work flexible hours and handle high pressure situations in an interruptive environment
black non-slip shoes required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent
one year of food service work experience preferred
ability to complete any required classes or certifications
ability to obtain a valid Racing License

Job Duties

Responsible for cleaning kitchen work areas and food service equipment
sweeping and mopping floors
washing work tables and walls
overall kitchen cleanliness
removing trash
cleaning trash cans
washing dishes by hand or in the dishwasher
cleaning fryers and vents
reporting any maintenance required for kitchen areas
ensuring food service equipment is in proper working order
stocking and cleanliness of Team Member breakroom
assisting with stocking of non-alcoholic beverage stations
ensuring the safety and security of Team Members
other duties as assigned
