Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality cleaning or stewarding
- physical ability to perform deep cleaning tasks including lifting and bending
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong work ethic and reliability
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a similar cleaning or stewarding role
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards
- good physical stamina to handle demanding cleaning tasks
- ability to follow instructions from supervisors
- basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
Job Duties
- deep cleaning all kitchen cooking equipment in all venues
- deep cleaning all floors in venues
- deep cleaning all drains in venues
- performing all general cleaning needs in all venues and outlets
- removing all used grease on property
- disposing of trash as assigned
- washing dishes and pots
- completing any other cleaning assignments given by steward supervisor
