Job Requirements

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working weekends and holidays based on business needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment
Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing machines to clean all dishes, glassware, silverware, and kitchen utensils efficiently
- Ensure all kitchen workstations, floors, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations
- Assist in deep-cleaning kitchen areas, including ovens, grills, hoods, and drains
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables, ensuring compliance with waste management policies
- Restock and organize clean dishes, cookware, and utensils for the next service
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff by maintaining an organized back-of-house environment
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, notifying supervisors of inventory needs
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with resort and state regulations
- Support banquet and kitchen teams with equipment setup and breakdown as needed
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly
- Other duties as assigned
