Job Requirements
- high school education or GED
- current ServSafe Food Handler certificate prior to deployment
- valid driver’s license
- valid U.S. passport
- minimum of six months related experience
- US citizenship or permanent residency
- ability to lift and move up to safety regulation maximum
- willingness to work night and variable day shifts
- ability to perform repetitive motion and stand up to nine hours daily
- ability to work on hands and knees

Job Duties

- managing all safety and sanitation aspects in kitchen, dining, and service areas
- stocking and replenishing food and non-food items during and between meal hours
- cleaning and sanitizing dishes and operating dishwashing machinery
- preparing and chilling beverages and frozen dessert mixes
- maintaining clean and organized service, dining, and work areas
- proper selection, presentation, and storage of food during and after meal service
- following proper thawing procedures for frozen items
- labeling and dating leftover food and prepared items
- discarding food and non-food waste according to waste management guidelines
- monitoring and replenishing coffee and beverages
- coordinating with cooks for pot transfer and related duties
- preparing and distributing bagged lunches for field parties and flight crews
- lifting and moving up to safety regulation maximum, performing repetitive motions and standing for extended periods
- supporting the achievement of ASC metrics
- complying with ASC Environmental Health and Safety and Quality Assurance requirements
- working towards ASC goals and contractual commitments
- flexibility to work night shifts and variable day shifts
- adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and task responsibilities in food services and janitorial duties
- attending scheduled employee meetings and providing improvement suggestions
- performing other duties as assigned by manager-on-duty
