Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience preferred
- Food Handlers certification required
- TIPS certification required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Ability and willingness to stand for 8 hours at a time
- Ability and willingness to push, pull or lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability and willingness to bend, stretch and reach
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability and willingness to work a varied schedule which includes overnight shifts, PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in stewarding
- Food Handlers and TIPS certifications
- Available to work holidays, weekends and overnight shifts
Job Duties
- Thoroughly and efficiently wash dishes, pots, cookware and utensils in compliance with Omni's high sanitation standards
- Break down trays from banquets and the outlets
- Deliver clean cookware and serving ware to various outlets and meeting rooms
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station
- Neatly store food products, all dishes, cookware and utensils in their proper locations
