Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Prior dishwashing experience in a food and beverage setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to perform frequent bending, twisting, reaching, with occasional squatting, climbing, and stair use
- Flexibility to work irregular schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Understanding and adherence to health and safety standards
- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards and safe handling of kitchen equipment and chemicals
- Effective communication skills in English

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Dishwashing experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in high-volume environments such as convention centers, stadiums, or public assembly facilities
- Ability to interact positively with others in a courteous, cooperative, and professional manner
- Strong teamwork skills, reliability, dependability, and consistent, timely attendance
- Thorough knowledge of dish room set-up and tear-down procedures and dishwashing standards
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to properly and safely handle cleaning products, supplies, culinary tools, and equipment
- Maintaining impeccable personal hygiene and clean, organized work habits
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, listening, and written communication skills in English
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
- Flexibility to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Ensure that all utensils, plateware, silverware, pots, pans, trays, and other kitchen items are properly cleaned and available for use
- Assist with food preparation, food production, and plate-up as needed
- Safely receive and store food and supply deliveries in designated areas
- Transport, sort, clean, and store soiled dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, and kitchen supplies during events
- Wash and store all dishes, glassware, utensils, tools, and equipment in compliance with health standards
- Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, the kitchen basement, dish room, and employee restroom
- Remove trash from all kitchen areas
- Clean equipment, coolers, and storage areas
- Follow departmental dress code and safely handle kitchen utensils and equipment
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Support Legends Global-sponsored special events
- Work irregular schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays with possible short-notice schedule changes
- Perform other assigned duties as directed by supervisors
