Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to read, write and speak basic English
- Previous experience operating dishwashing machines
- Experience in dishware handling and floor maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to push, stand, stoop, bend and lift items weighing 50-70 pounds repetitively
- Ability to read and follow simple checklists
- Ability to dispense and mix cleaning detergents according to directions
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to read, write and speak basic English
- Previous experience operating dishwashing machines preferred
- Experience in dishware handling and floor maintenance preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Able to apply common sense to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with minimal variation
- Able to push, stand, stoop, bend and lift 50-70 pounds repeatedly during entire shift
- Able to read and follow simple checklists
- Able to dispense and mix cleaning detergents according to directions
Job Duties
- Know your job by completing job skills training and understanding property standards
- Be on time and follow attendance and uniform guidelines
- Be friendly, approachable, and maintain proper personal appearance and hygiene
- Conduct yourself professionally with guests and associates in line with the company's service culture
- Use approved tools and checklists to complete tasks
- Keep your work area clean and organized and report deficiencies promptly
- Report unsafe work conditions or violations according to company policy
- Support the team by cooperating with associates and supervisors
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on dish room equipment and assigned areas
- Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions
- Inspect equipment daily for cleanliness and report necessary repairs
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning checklists and standards
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards through regular inspections
- Apply knowledge of proper cleaning techniques
- Coordinate distribution of supplies and equipment to food and beverage outlets
- Perform special cleaning projects as assigned
