Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware
- Assist in banquet event preparations including organizing items and transporting food
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and banquet staff
- Lift, pull, and push moderate amounts of weight as required
- Work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ensure sanitation standards are upheld at all times
- Collaborate with team members for efficient operations
