Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of dishwashing experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

A minimum of one year experience as a dishwasher
Ability to read and write in English
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs

Job Duties

Use manual or mechanical methods to wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste
Assist kitchen staff in food preparation tasks, such as peeling and cutting vegetables or portioning ingredients
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure a continuous and efficient workflow
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and timely availability of clean dishes during peak hours
