Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant service industry experience
  • Ability to stand for long periods and walk throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 40lbs safely
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • US work authorization unless currently in a managerial role at a Four Seasons location

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of service industry experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Demonstrated integrity and accountability in all actions
  • Ability to stand and walk around for the entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Collaborative team-player who supports and encourages colleagues
  • Genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishware, equipment, and work areas in compliance with Four Seasons standards
  • Assist with equipment setup in the kitchen and staff cantina and ensure proper cleaning and organization
  • Support banquet operations by assisting with food expediting in alignment with established production and quality standards
  • Promote a safe work environment by ensuring all kitchen floor areas are clean, properly marked with safety signage, and free from hazards
