Job Requirements
- Understand the mission, vision, and goals of the hotel
- Able to prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task efficiently
- Speak, understand, and communicate the primary workplace languages
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to push and pull carts and equipment up to 250 lbs
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch for cleaning tasks
- Comply with safety requirements including PPE use
- Tolerate moderate to loud noise conditions in a busy kitchen

Job Duties
- Clean, transport, and store all pots, pans, dining ware, silverware, and glasses used in food and beverage operations
- Oversee proper storage of glassware and dining ware
- Ensure all cleaning machines are in proper working order
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness in compliance with hotel standards
- Set up and organize the dishwashing area
- Operate all equipment safely
- Carry out supervisor requests per hotel policies and procedures
