Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Stewarding experience preferred in a fine dining restaurant
- Pleasant and attentive personality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift, push, and pull a maximum of 10 lbs
- Ability to stand/walk up to 6-8 hours per day
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Washes, stocks and organizes dishes and maintains the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, stewarding and surrounding areas to health department standards
- Assist chefs and front of the house managers in any projects that need to be done
- Maintains storerooms, walk-ins, banquet kitchen, EDR, and any food and beverage areas are clean and organized
- Communicates effectively with kitchen and restaurant staff
- Provides sincere service through actions that display self-confidence and courtesy to guests and colleagues
