Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Stewarding experience preferred in a fine dining restaurant
  • Pleasant and attentive personality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull a maximum of 10 lbs
  • Ability to stand/walk up to 6-8 hours per day
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Washes, stocks and organizes dishes and maintains the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, stewarding and surrounding areas to health department standards
  • Assist chefs and front of the house managers in any projects that need to be done
  • Maintains storerooms, walk-ins, banquet kitchen, EDR, and any food and beverage areas are clean and organized
  • Communicates effectively with kitchen and restaurant staff
  • Provides sincere service through actions that display self-confidence and courtesy to guests and colleagues
