Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and kitchen utensils
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area by cleaning countertops, food preparation surfaces, stovetops, ovens, coolers, freezers, and kitchen equipment
  • Remove stains from china and cutlery as required
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies, including cleaning and organizing loading dock, waste containers and trash bins from food production and service areas
  • Ensure all access and traffic areas are clear and clean, and floors are properly mopped with hot water and cleaning solution
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with resort policies for accident and incident reporting
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, chefs, servers, and other team members to maintain smooth flow of operations
