Job Requirements

1 year food & beverage experience preferred
Ability to regularly perform motions such as lifting, pushing and pulling, bending
Ability to perform at 80% mobility during the shift and 10% continuous standing
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Authorized to work in the US for any employer

Job Qualifications

1 year food & beverage experience preferred
Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill
Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members
Enthusiastic about hospitality and community building
Authorized to work in the US for any employer
Commitment to sustainability and personal growth

Job Duties

Bus tables and ensure cleanliness of dining area
Position regularly involves lifting, pushing and pulling, bending
80% mobility during the shift, 10% continuous standing
Cleaning and inspecting kitchens and food service areas and ensuring a neat, clean, and organized work area throughout and following service
Communicating with cooks, managers regarding needs, maintenance issues
Ensure the consistent execution of service standards
Cultivate friendships within the Gravity Haus community
Communicate efficiently with all Gravity Haus divisions to create a memorable guest experience
Provide a genuine and elevated guest experience with a community focus, sustainable approach and driven attitude
All other duties as assigned by the executive chef, back, and front of house managers
