Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
  • Safe Server Alcohol and Food certification preferred
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures and physically demanding conditions
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
  • Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 250 lbs
  • Good communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-driven

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail oriented with outstanding organizational skills
  • Basic computational ability
  • Knowledge of table and bar service
  • Able to work independently

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans
  • Operate commercial dishwashing machine
  • Maintain hygienic working environment according to hygiene regulations and company standards
  • Ensure food and beverage outlets have necessary supplies to open shifts
  • Attend to spills and breakage immediately, following safety procedures
  • Sanitize and clean all kitchen and food preparation areas including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, steam kettles, tables, and floors
  • Remove and dispose of trash bags
  • Participate in deep cleaning of the outlet
  • Report maintenance or hazard issues to supervisor
  • Assist service team to exceed guest expectations
  • Perform other duties assigned by managers and supervisors
