Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- Safe Server Alcohol and Food certification preferred
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures and physically demanding conditions
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 250 lbs
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Self-driven
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail oriented with outstanding organizational skills
- Basic computational ability
- Knowledge of table and bar service
- Able to work independently
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans
- Operate commercial dishwashing machine
- Maintain hygienic working environment according to hygiene regulations and company standards
- Ensure food and beverage outlets have necessary supplies to open shifts
- Attend to spills and breakage immediately, following safety procedures
- Sanitize and clean all kitchen and food preparation areas including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, steam kettles, tables, and floors
- Remove and dispose of trash bags
- Participate in deep cleaning of the outlet
- Report maintenance or hazard issues to supervisor
- Assist service team to exceed guest expectations
- Perform other duties assigned by managers and supervisors
