Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferred
  • ability to stay professional in a stressful work environment
  • ability to work in a team environment and maintain a professional manner
  • superb multitasking skills and an eye for detail
  • available to work different hours including weekends, days, nights, and holidays
  • positive, engaging personality and professional appearance
  • ability to uphold company standards relating to appearance and dress
  • exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong task and time management abilities
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods with capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
  • manual dexterity
  • knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services including meeting quality standards and company standard policies and procedures
  • able to listen and follow instructions, work unsupervised, and adapt to changing situations
  • displays integrity and honesty and maintains a positive attitude towards managers, co-workers, guests and visitors

Job Duties

  • Communicate well with other team members throughout service while exhibiting good teamwork skills and receive direction well
  • practice safety and good sanitation habits at all times
  • use equipment properly and respectfully and keep product loss and breakage to an absolute minimum
  • maintain a strong professional presence which includes having a good attitude, arriving to work on time, ready to work and in clean, proper uniform
  • assist with overall organization and cleanliness of the restaurant
  • clean and maintain the dishroom and equipment properly
  • ensure that all glassware, china and silverware are thoroughly cleaned
  • enjoy coming to work and has a good time while maintaining professionalism
  • work efficiently and productively to complete required tasks within the assigned time frame with minimal supervision
  • attend all scheduled employee meetings and participate in a meaningful way
  • perform housekeeping duties including side work thoroughly and independently
  • other duties as assigned
