Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to stay professional in a stressful work environment
- ability to work in a team environment and maintain a professional manner
- superb multitasking skills and an eye for detail
- available to work different hours including weekends, days, nights, and holidays
- positive, engaging personality and professional appearance
- ability to uphold company standards relating to appearance and dress
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong task and time management abilities
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods with capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
- manual dexterity
- knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services including meeting quality standards and company standard policies and procedures
- able to listen and follow instructions, work unsupervised, and adapt to changing situations
- displays integrity and honesty and maintains a positive attitude towards managers, co-workers, guests and visitors

Job Duties
- Communicate well with other team members throughout service while exhibiting good teamwork skills and receive direction well
- practice safety and good sanitation habits at all times
- use equipment properly and respectfully and keep product loss and breakage to an absolute minimum
- maintain a strong professional presence which includes having a good attitude, arriving to work on time, ready to work and in clean, proper uniform
- assist with overall organization and cleanliness of the restaurant
- clean and maintain the dishroom and equipment properly
- ensure that all glassware, china and silverware are thoroughly cleaned
- enjoy coming to work and has a good time while maintaining professionalism
- work efficiently and productively to complete required tasks within the assigned time frame with minimal supervision
- attend all scheduled employee meetings and participate in a meaningful way
- perform housekeeping duties including side work thoroughly and independently
- other duties as assigned
