Job Requirements
- Must be reliable and available to work scheduled shifts to ensure restaurant is prepared for opening
- must be able to work independently
- strong attention to detail
- genuine focus and care about the appearance of the restaurant
- must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to perform duties in sometimes extreme environments
- must frequently lift and move 50 pounds
- expected to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools and controls
- must be 21 years or older

Job Duties
- Unroll and place floor mats
- take down chairs
- vacuum as needed
- make sure all tables are lined up and in correct position
- prep bucket of sanitizer and wipe down table tops
- wipe down chair seats, backs and legs
- wipe down table bases
- clean all flat surfaces within arm's reach
- place silverware roll at every place setting with roll facing from the 2 o'clock to 7 o'clock position one inch from the edge of the table
- perform other related duties as required or assigned
