Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a smoke filled environment
- Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to submerse hands in warm or cold water for extended periods
- Ability to push or pull carts of up to 50 lbs
- Flexible to change schedule on short notice
- Stable work history preferably in casino or hospitality industry
- Must be able to obtain and maintain PA Harness license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or casino industry preferred
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Basic understanding of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Maintains positive attitude and professionalism
Job Duties
- Prepares tableware for washing ie scrapes plates, pre-soaks silver, places items in proper racks
- Sets up dishwashing machine including draining, filling tanks, checking temperatures and detergent levels
- Washes dishes and stacks and stores china in appropriate kitchen areas
- Cleans dishwashing equipment and work areas thoroughly
- Collects and washes soiled pots and restacks them
- Removes garbage and refuse
- Mops and sweeps floors
- Washes walls and ceiling tiles
- Sanitizes all cooking equipment
- Maintains upbeat and positive attitude with friendly and helpful demeanor
- Utilizes smiles, eye contact, and friendly tone to project warmth
- Promotes Caesars positively to guests
- Understands and responds to internal customer needs
- Communicates in a friendly, respectful manner
- Provides consistent, timely, and accurate information
- Meets service delivery times
- Cooperates with employees within and outside the department
- Speaks positively about the company, co-workers, and customers
