Job Duties
- Operate and maintain dishwashing and cleaning equipment
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, utensils, knives, and equipment
- Receive deliveries and properly store perishable products while rotating stock
- Use chemical detergents, disinfectants, and rinse products according to safety standards
- Inspect, organize, and stack clean items while sending dirty items for re-washing
- Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately and maintain cleanliness of waste areas
- Lift, move, and handle objects up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending and standing
