Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools including dishwashers and trash compactors
- wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries and properly store perishable products while rotating inventory
- use chemical detergents and disinfectants to clean dishware
- inspect, sort, and stack clean items and return dirty items for re-cleaning
- empty trash bins and maintain garbage disposal areas
- sweep and mop assigned areas
- recycle glass and cardboard materials
- adhere to company safety policies and report accidents
- communicate clearly and professionally
- support team goals and maintain quality standards
- lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, bending, and twisting
