Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or education equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to understand MSDS paperwork
- Gaming license
- Sanitation certification
- ServSafe certification

Job Duties
- Clears all food and beverage outlets of dishes, flatware, and related items
- Maintains the cleanliness of outlets and all kitchen equipment, chinaware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and work areas
- Replenishes supplies with clean ware
- Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations
- Performs all duties in a safe and careful manner
- Assists service attendants as necessary
- Attends periodic meetings and training sessions
- Picks up mats from various outlets and transports to be cleaned and returned to the respective kitchens
- Breaks down all kitchen equipment for cleaning using approved chemicals by the company
- Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times
- Presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times
- Performs other duties as assigned
