Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashing machine and trash compactor
- wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries and properly store perishable goods with stock rotation
- use detergent and sanitizing chemicals in a 3-compartment sink to clean dishes
- inspect and sort cleaned items, rewash as needed
- rack and spray items with hot water to remove residue
- sort and wash silverware
- break down dirty bus tubs and maintain trashcans and dumpster area
- clean and mop assigned departments
- dispose of glass correctly
- break down cardboard boxes and place recyclables in bins
- follow company safety and security policies
- report maintenance issues and unsafe conditions
- complete safety training
- protect company assets
- communicate professionally
- develop positive working relationships
- support team goals
- adhere to quality standards
- perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and reaching
- perform other duties as requested by supervisors
