Job Requirements
- No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- no prior related work experience necessary
- no supervisory experience required
- able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- reach overhead and below the knees including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- able to follow all safety and security procedures
- able to communicate clearly and professionally
- willing to complete required safety training and certifications
- able to work full-time in a non-remote capacity

Job Duties
- Operate dish washing machine and hand wash stations
- scrub pots and clean kitchen and storeroom areas
- receive deliveries and properly store perishables
- rotate stock to maintain freshness
- wash, disinfect, and sanitize kitchen tools, knives, and equipment
- inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items
- send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing
- rack and spray all racked items with hot water
- sort, soak, wash, and re-wash silverware
- breakdown dirty bus tubs
- empty and maintain trashcans and dumpster areas
- clean and mop all assigned areas
- dispose of glass in proper containers
- break down cardboard boxes and place recyclables in bin
- follow safety and security policies and procedures
- report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- complete safety training and certifications
- protect company assets
- communicate professionally and clearly
- support team goals
- ensure quality expectations and standards
- move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for long periods
- reach overhead and below knees with bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
