Job Duties
- Responsible for the cleaning and organization of all food and beverage kitchen and breakdown areas and machinery
- Cleans, polishes, and handles all cutlery, utensils, and glassware items
- Responsible for the disposal of all food and beverage refuse
- Handles all cleaning chemicals pertaining to assigned areas
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies
- Assists with inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Collaborates with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations
