Job Duties

  • Responsible for the cleaning and organization of all food and beverage kitchen and breakdown areas and machinery
  • Cleans, polishes, and handles all cutlery, utensils, and glassware items
  • Responsible for the disposal of all food and beverage refuse
  • Handles all cleaning chemicals pertaining to assigned areas
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies
  • Assists with inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Collaborates with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations
