  • ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
  • physical ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
  • willingness to follow instructions and work as a team

Job Duties

  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashing machine and trash compactor
  • wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
  • receive, store, and rotate perishable deliveries
  • use detergent and sanitizing chemicals in 3-compartment sink to clean dishes
  • inspect and sort cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-washing
  • maintain trashcans and dumpster area
  • clean and mop all assigned department areas
