Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashing machine and trash compactor
- wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- receive, store, and rotate perishable deliveries
- use detergent and sanitizing chemicals in 3-compartment sink to clean dishes
- inspect and sort cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-washing
- maintain trashcans and dumpster area
- clean and mop all assigned department areas
