Job Requirements
- Must be 18 to apply
- Received high school diploma or GED
- Must have current ServeSafe certification
- Must have California Food Handler's Card/certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime
- Must be able to lift, move and carry at least 25 pounds
- Must have ability to take directions and perform job effectively

Job Duties
- Keep all dishes, small wares, and utensils cleaned
- Organize and maintain proper inventory of small wares, utensils, and cleaning supplies and equipment, reordering when necessary
- Clean and properly maintain working areas and equipment in kitchen
- Organize and properly store perishables for cooks and receiving and issuing clerks
- Follow all rules and regulations of SMG Food & Beverage
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Lift, move and carry at least 25 pounds
