Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to prep food and manage multiple orders
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adjust food items for allergies or diet concerns
- Experience operating kitchen appliances
- Ability to maintain cleanliness under pressure
- Willingness to work in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience with fresh seasonal ingredients preferred but not necessary
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work closely with Chef and Sous Chef
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Ability to prep while managing orders coming in throughout the day
- Interact with guests throughout the day showcasing passion for foodservice and dedication to hospitality
- Make adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
- Act as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
- Operate various kitchen appliances such as blender, oven, flat top grill, or stand mixer
- Prepare necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins
- Keep a clean tight station even under the busiest conditions
