Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwasher and trash compactor
- wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries, store perishable products properly, and rotate stock
- use chemical detergents and disinfectants in a three-compartment sink to clean dishes
- inspect, sort, soak, and re-wash cutlery and containers
- empty trash bins and maintain waste deposit areas
- clean and mop assigned departments
- dispose of glass and recyclable materials in appropriate containers
- follow company safety policies and report accidents
- communicate clearly with team members and support team goals
- ensure compliance with quality standards
- move and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- perform tasks involving reaching, bending, twisting, and stretching
