- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to understand MSDS paperwork
- gaming license required

Job Duties
- Clears all food and beverage outlets of dishes, flatware, and related items
- maintains the cleanliness of outlets and all kitchen equipment, chinaware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and work areas
- replenishes supplies with clean ware
- complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations
- performs all duties in a safe and careful manner
- assists service attendants as necessary
- attends periodic meetings and training sessions
