Job Duties
- wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils using dishwashing machines or by hand, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently, following manufacturer instructions and guidelines
- empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in kitchen and dining areas
- clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas according to established procedures and schedules
- assist with general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces in kitchen and dining areas
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and storage areas, ensuring supplies are properly stocked and organized
