Job Duties
- Ensure all kitchenware, including dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, are thoroughly cleaned and properly stored
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen by regularly sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing work areas and equipment
- dispose of trash and recyclables according to proper procedures
- rotate and organize stock to maintain freshness and proper inventory flow
- assist with basic food prep tasks as needed
- care for and maintain kitchen smallwares, tools, and appliances
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
