Job Duties
- operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dish washing machine and trash compactor
- wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas tables tools knives and equipment
- receive deliveries store perishables and rotate stock
- ensure clean wares are stored appropriately
- use detergent rinsing and sanitizing chemicals in 3 compartment sink for cleaning dishes
- inspect pull and stack cleaned items send soiled items back for re washing
- clean and mop all areas in assigned departments
- dispose of glass and break down recyclables in proper containers
- report maintenance needs accidents injuries and unsafe conditions
