Job Duties
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen
- Keep dishwashing machines clean and ensure detergent and supplies are available
- Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas and other workspaces
- Fill in for other roles including bus person and prep cook as directed
- Complete all assigned checklists
- Attend all staff meetings as assigned
