Job Requirements
- ServSafe Allergens certification
- Alaska Food Handler Permit
- Alaska Alcohol Server Permit (must be 21 or over to serve)
- CPR, First Aid, AED certification
- Government ID (REAL ID compliant) or Passport
- Minimum two years of experience in a full-service restaurant
- One to two years of housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Comfortable living in close quarters
- Ready for physical demands of the role

- One to two years of experience in housekeeping preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable as daily activities change regularly
- Comfortable living and working in close quarters with other crew members
- Passenger vessel experience is welcome but not required
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service by describing menu options, answering guest questions, making suggestions, and confidently offering wine pairings
- Accurately take guest orders noting allergies, dietary needs, and special requests
- Set tables, fold napkins, follow steps of service, bus, and breakdown dining room for three meals per day
- Assist in galley as directed including dish pit duties and cleaning projects
- Thoroughly clean six to ten guest cabins daily as outlined by company standards and expectations
- Maintain cleanliness of all interior public spaces through daily phase work and special projects
- Participate in on board safety training, meetings, and drills as directed by the Captain
