Job Duties
- operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dish washing machine and trash compactor
- wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries, properly store perishables, and rotate stock
- inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, re-scrub and re-wash soiled items
- sort, soak, wash, and re-wash silverware
- empty and maintain trashcans and dumpster area
- clean and mop all areas in assigned departments
- dispose of glass and break down cardboard boxes for recycling
- follow company safety and security policies and report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions
- perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- support team to reach common goals and adhere to quality standards
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
