Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in stewarding, kitchen support, or hospitality preferred
- familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment and cleaning procedures a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- flexibility to perform various kitchen and stewarding duties
- strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors regularly
- wash dishes, pots, pans, trays, and glassware by hand or using dishwashing equipment
- clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other kitchen surfaces
- properly dispose of trash and garbage
- clean and maintain garbage cans
- sort and process bottles and other recyclables
- polish silverware and utensils as needed
- transport supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- assist with banquet table setup when required
- wash and peel vegetables or assist with basic food prep as needed
- store and rotate stock in designated areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- other duties as assigned
