Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashing machines and trash compactors
- wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries and properly store and rotate perishables
- use detergent and sanitizer in 3-compartment sink to clean dishes
- inspect, sort, and rewash items as needed
- manage waste by emptying trashcans and maintaining dumpster area
- clean and mop assigned departments
