Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment
- capability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- knowledge of safety and sanitation policies

- ability to manage time efficiently

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dish washing machines and trash compactors
- wash and disinfect kitchen, store room areas, tools, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock
- ensure clean wares are stored appropriately
- use chemical detergents and sanitizers in dish cleaning processes
- inspect and sort cleaned and soiled items
- rack and spray items with hot water to remove residue
- wash and re-wash silverware
- break down dirty bus tubs and manage trashcans and dumpster areas
- clean and mop assigned departments
- dispose of glass properly and recycle cardboard and other materials
- follow company safety and security policies
- report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain positive working relationships and support team goals
- adhere to quality standards
- move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- perform other duties as requested by supervisors
