- Flexibility to assist in various areas of the kitchen and dining outlets as needed
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize plates, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment according to food safety standards
- Organize and store clean equipment in the correct locations, ensuring easy accessibility for kitchen and service teams
- Collect dirty dishes and kitchen equipment from all dining venues and return them to the dishwashing area
- Deliver clean equipment to venues, storage areas, and production spaces as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in food and beverage outlets, kitchens, and storage areas
- Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure proper functioning, reporting any issues to supervisors
- Follow all sanitation guidelines, including proper disposal of trash, recycling, and compost
- Assist with other cleaning tasks, including floors, walls, and surfaces, as directed by the culinary team
