Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize plates, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment according to food safety standards
  • Organize and store clean equipment in the correct locations, ensuring easy accessibility for kitchen and service teams
  • Collect dirty dishes and kitchen equipment from all dining venues and return them to the dishwashing area
  • Deliver clean equipment to venues, storage areas, and production spaces as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in food and beverage outlets, kitchens, and storage areas
  • Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure proper functioning, reporting any issues to supervisors
  • Follow all sanitation guidelines, including proper disposal of trash, recycling, and compost
  • Assist with other cleaning tasks, including floors, walls, and surfaces, as directed by the culinary team
