Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and overtime as needed
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40lbs
- Be able to work in a standing positions for long periods of time
- Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation, safety and dish care
- Previous experience in kitchen preferred
Job Duties
- Responsible for all cleaning in back of house food and beverage areas to ensure highest quality efficiency and operations
- Coordinate with chefs all equipment needs for banquets
- Cleaning dishes, utensils and kitchen areas in accordance to standard operating procedures
- Removal of trash from all areas
- Delivery of dishes, silver, china to appropriate needs area
- Sanitizing all kitchen areas
- Sweeping and mopping kitchen
